[urq] Throttle body to IC hose replacement options

I thought smitty posted a good solution for this a few years ago where
you make a fitting to match the diameters and then you can use any hose
with the correct inner diameter.....or maybe that was a different hose

I know, it's been discussed before, but I couldn't find anything recent.
This is for my '84 Urq running a bit extra boost with the WX motor.  Is
the
general consensus to replace with OEM or is there a Silicone alternative
that fits/works well.  2 large bills ain't cheap, ya know...
