[urq] Ronal R8 weights, 8x15" and other brake comments

In my opinion the best is the 8" Ronal with Sport Q brakes option... I know they are hard to find... but when you do, boy are they ever great... there was some vibration issues in the beggining but I narrowed it down to a bent hub!!... these brakes as any fixed calipers are very sensitive to vibrations.
