[urq] Audi A4 brakes for the urq

the A4 line of brakes might stop well, they do not wear well, the rotors get
to wear limits fast and warp easily in normal road usage, plan on replacing
them every 20 to 40 K miles, that's what we see on street driven A4's by
regular every day drivers, now our client with a blower on his 1999 2.8 A4,
rotors and pads every 15K, we have offered brake upgrades to him, but he has
declined, he just sucks the straw every year, new rotors and pads... Bill
