[urq] Boost Sensing WUR??

Sounds to me like he's suggesting it's an upgrade from a standard Warm-up
Regulator if you're adding a turbo to a naturally aspirated CIS car, in part
because he refers to Callaway.  My take, anyway ...

stock WUR found on all 5cyl turbo's?
