It could be an upgrade as added Callaway suggests, since it has an 
additional pipe connection. Normally there is only one pipe connection, 
which on Urq is activated thermally for warm-up period, and also 
activated via solenoid valve that gets the signal from WOT switch. This 
added second layer, which looks just like a part from early CIS WUR used 
on normally aspirated cars, like my '86 Passat 5GL, so it could be that 
Callaway made this adaptation to work as a permanent boost regulated 
enrichment, as well as temporary. I could be wrong, but could someone 
with 5ktq verify this, since it could be a very useful unit, or indeed 
another CIS enrichment method.
