[urq] Boost Sensing WUR??

Justin you already have it,,, now that Another must, is my boost sensitive
vac. retard canister to retard ignition timing.. I gotta get that to plumb

This guys seems to imply that this is a high boost upgrade.  Isn't it just a
stock WUR found on all 5cyl turbo's?
