[urq] UrQ not No Start, no stop!

We've all seen tons of posts on no start, anyone have one fail to turn off?  
  I was in the dash replacing bulbs and noticed an after market alarm system 
that I started to remove.  I got to thinking leave well enough alone.  It 
had been there during my 12 years of ownership and the last time I went down 
this road with my 20V it took me an afternoon to get the car running again!  
  Any way I got out of the UrQ after a trip and noticed the rad fan still 
running!  This was definately a first.  I got back in the car and noticed a 
few instruments still powered up and my windows worked.  Obviously a short 
some where.  I assume igniton switch is good because the engine stopped 
running.  I'm guessing the number 1 relay (laod reduction)  any other ideas?
