Hey Louis-Alain,
 
I think the key is going to be getting a good primer.  In addition,  although 
labor intensive, you may want to take some of the sheen off of the  plastic 
with a super fine grit sandpaper.  Then do it again once you primer  them.  I 
don't know if you can get a primer that has a "flex" agent in a  small (spray 
can) quantity.  Check around with some paint companies that  have a lot of 
industrial grade and/or automotive paints.  Tell them  what you're wanting to 
paint....but you are going to have to find a primer that  will bond equally with 
the plastic as well as the top coat of paint and hold  them together.  HTH.
