[urq] Air flow boot gasket #

After Ingo's find on his air flow plate spring, I
decided to check mine. All was well, but the rubber
O-ring that seals under the boot{5" diameter}was
broken in two places. No Flaps or Lowe's and HD could
help. So after convincing the dealer that I have a
metal boot not rubber a part was found #035-133-361
described as a washer. This O-ring doesn't allow the
metal boot to fit flush like the old one and appears
to be a slightly larger diameter than OE. Question,
Should this fit flush? Does anyone have the part # for
this O-ring? So I can help the dealer find the right
