[urq] engine & distributor static timing

Ed,

All I can say is I did the same thing, and mine was off just a tad.  I
adjusted it so that the cam sprocket dimple, flywheel mark and distributor
housing and rotor all lined up correctly.  The distributor can be off within
a few degrees, but why not make it perfect? ;-)

If in doubt, you could always pencil the current alignment if you want to
set it back.
