[urq] Stuck idle adjustment screw

I had the same on my WR during the rebuild. A friend of mine took it to a
friend of his who used a "spark eroder". Mmm...I didn't know what it was
either but in the right hands one of these eats away at the metal you want
to remove and leaves the thread in fine condition ready to re-use. I had
previously broken off a hardened screw extractor in it making further
traditional drilling impossible.
See if you can find someone with a sparke eroder and save yourself a lot of
bother an expense.
