[urq] Tire size for Ronal 15" X 8" for '83 UrQ

My '83 does not have rolled fenders, and the 215's don't rub except under
EXTREME compression.  I am running Bils HD's, with stock springs, and the
setup seems to provide enough support to almost eliminate the rubbing issue.

215's may well still rub on an '83 - I don't think they have the folled 
fender edges.
