[urq] WX head build recommendations

The explanation for the MC being a more powerful fealing engine versus
the WX/WR that I usually get is that the WX/WR has such a low
compression ratio -> 7.0:1. The MC-1 is somewhat higher, and the MC-2
even higher than that.
The low CR of the WX/WR can be great if you're looking to smack a huge
turbo onto the engine and run a ton of boost, but if this is a "mild
street engine" that's probably not the case. I'm doing an EFI
conversion on my totally stock WX, but my first step toward running a
"tuned" engine will be to replace the WX with an MC-1.
