[urq] re: engine start button

steering wheel lock mechanism is still functional....so there is some 
element of theft protection there.  Had I removed that whole part, then it 
wouldn't be very safe I guess, but it was only the very end of the part that 
turns the electrical switch attached to it that broke, so I left the part in 
place once I determined it would still basically work.   This way, people 
still believe the key is necessary to start the car.....I even had a guy ask 
if I was running nitrous, and I don't hang around the local street racing 
scene.

Funny thing is, I still turn the key all the way over, even though it does 
absolutely no good once the steering wheel is unlocked.
