[urq] 83 coiupe quattro

have a 83 coupe quattro , red , original paint and interior , never wrecked 
,body may have some small rust spots , engine seized and has not been run 
for over 4-5 years . i had posted several years ago requested for assistance 
in getting it to run and had tremendous response .
had a local mechanic ,foriegn car ,wv, mb for 1 1/2 years did not get it 
started . anyway car is now in buffalo ny and he states the engine is seized 
and will have to be changed . any one interested to look at it and make an 
offer .
