I'm not redoing anything simply for the EFI, it's more about needing
to have that stuff out so I can run the wires from my EFI harness into
the engine bay. Since I've got so much of the dash removed anyway I
figured it would be a good time to go to the newer fusebox.
Worst case, I will mount the ECU in the glove box. It's actually
narrower than the OEM one was, but it's longer and it has connectors
on both sides rather than just the one closest to the firewall. I'd
like to do the install cleanly and correctly the first time.
Anyone have any experience with exposing the lower portion of the
firewall where the wire gaskets are?
