[urq] Urq paint job update

nothing like matching seats!

It was a decent repaint - not the best - only the best I could afford at the 
time.  And since the passenger rear quarter had a huge section with no paint 
and oxidation was beginning - a re-paint was necessary.

so....sorry if those seats had some residual paint dust....
