Thanks, Magnus.  I think I have that covered, now.  Rich offered to do the dimensional measurements as well, though if he gets busy I may email you.  Thanks to everyone who responded.  So far I've located an inner fender set, should the need arise(thanks Martin), and Mike S.'s install DIY info.  I'm actually pretty hopeful that the box will fit,as it seems to be the logical component solution.  With any luck, I'll have dyno figures for you guys in the next 1-2 weeks<yip-yip>.  Then it'll just be a matter of getting the C/F work buttoned up, and the paint job completed.  I may not be able to make UPG, though I'll remain hopeful until the last minute.
