[urq] Timing belt cover vs shouldered nut

As one other poster suggested, I removed the p/s pump adjuster bolt
entirely.
Then I duct taped teh allen wrench into the end of a 3/8-inch drive
long socket extension.
As Dennis said, doable, but not fun.
