[urq] Mice: Slipping clutch

The clutch on my winter stored 83 CGT was slipping
bad.  Mice took up residence in the bell housing and
packed the pressure plate with twigs, jaming up the
fingers.
Don't rule out this possibility if you're not driving
it regularly.    Cost me $600 on the fwd - er.
