[urq] A2 Rally FI

Especially if the car has had multiple owner/users and there is no
documentation/diary to show all the mods done in past.
Same applies to the road cars.. :(

Interesting. My friends car has a lot of these mods from the factory but
is a much earlier car than may 1 '83. I guess there is no real rule of
thumb for these things...
