[urq] 84 urq cranking not catching

Todd, do you hear the fuel pump at all?  I'm guessing not ('cause she ain't
starting anyways). Maybe jumper it temporarily.  You say you have spark to
the distributor, but (more important) what about from the distributor to the
plugs?  Double-check the fuel pump leads for good contact while you're at
it.
