[urq] 84 urq cranking not catching

You said you checked all the grounds. Does that include the one at the  back 
of the head? That is the most critical for the ECU and spark.
Another (so far not mentioned) spark killer if absent is the flywheel TDC  
sensor. If the sensor malfunctions or doesn't have good contact- no  spark.
Don't ask about the long painful road that proved that one to  me.
