Justin,
Sorry, I am only hosting the procedure, the actual author may know better.
Except they did not sing their work... anyone know who wrote this procedure?
i did not keep the original e-mail that I got it from.
As for parts, someone mentioned SportWheels... anyone know for sure?
Cheers
Martin

Martin,
I have performed this rebuild out of necessity, but only replaced the
one large o-ring (Which was difficult to obtain). I found out the hard
way how much spring pressure was retained, as I removed the retaining
screw and promptly had the innards shoot into my shin. Ouch! Thanks for
the guide, it should make life less painful for others. Also, I was
able to compress the spring easily by inverting the assembly against the
floor and pressing down with my weight against the spring.
Where did you source the seal and other o-rings to do the rebuild?
Justin R.

Great page, and very helpful.
I, however, have been told that the parts are NLA. Is that true?
