[urq] Vacuum Leaks and the Diff Lock Actuators

I couldn't help rambling a bit farther and wondering if instead of
scrubbing plugs in Utah, we should have plugged the line to to the
diff lock plumbing. Heat soaked CIS + intake leak = massive air
dilution (too lean to pop!)
hmmmm.....
