... you could have a vent line leaking slightly ... when the fuel
sloshes around in the full tank it gets up into the vent plumbing ... if
you don't hear the sound of pressure escaping when you open the filler
cap it might be another sign.  check out the rubber lines that attach to
the top of the tank and see if any appear to be deteriorating ...
actually, if you've never changed them you might want to do this as a
matter of course ... 

I hope you don't have the situation I found when I bought a 5kCSQ one
time ... the tank was leaking at a seam ... as long as the tank was
below that level it was OK ... but if you got too much fuel it would
leak!
