[urq] '86 urq adventure

this may be addressed furhter in your site an dI'll keep reading - but have
there been any problems with getting the car licensed?  I wonder if people
who live in areas where there are rolling emissions tests where they input
the VIN, or places with yearly inspections would have issues with title??
