[urq] '86 urq adventure

I've had no problems so far.  I've registered the car in TN and a title
will arrive any day (I hope).  It is a completely legal and fully
documented import, so if the state has a problem, they'll have to take
it up with the feds.

I've never had to go through an inspection process with any car, but
that'll change in April.  Our county will start emission testing then,
although from what I understand, non-OBD cars just get a basic
sniff-test.  As a meaningless aside, the company contracted to do the
testing, Envirotest, is based in... Vancouver!

this may be addressed furhter in your site an dI'll keep reading - but
have there been any problems with getting the car licensed?  I wonder if
people who live in areas where there are rolling emissions tests where
they input the VIN, or places with yearly inspections would have issues
with title??
