[urq] Spongy Brake Pedal

As has been pointed out in another thread, the '83 cars didn't make use of
all capabilities like the later ones, though I'm not sure if my '84 would
give me the brake warning light as the 200 or V8 would. I have a feeling
this circuit as hooked up to the brake warning light wasn't present 'til the
ABS-equipped urq cars came out -- but Mr. Eiche might know that better.
