[urq] Spongy Brake Pedal

The lack of brake assist caused by a bad bomb, would give you a hard
ineffective pedal not a spongy pedal.
A spongy pedal indicates either a leak or air in the system.  Since the
pedal eventually gets hard, it sounds like air.
Once the air is compressed, the pedal feels OK.
