[urq] UrQ M/C upgrade update

The S4/S6/V8 one doesn't have the all the ports you need.  However, I used 
a "T" fitting to handle the rear lines.

I distinctly remember that I did NOT use any 5ktq or 5ktqw MC.  I had both 
(I might still have the spare 5ktqw MC laying around).  I wanted to use the 
shorter MC with the updated reservoir NOT the longer 5ktqw MC that uses the 
old, crappy reservoir.
