"my used rear calipers are dragging and I think the e-brake is stuck on them"
My problem was the back of the rear rotor hitting the inside of the carrier.
I had to machine a little material from the carrier and all is well. Has
anyone else had to do this on their UrQ with vented rear brake mod? Test drove
yesterday and I have a little more pedal travel than I'm used to. (I also blew the
Aux radiator. 4000 Q lower rad hose on order) I think this is because of the
new (to the UrQ) G60 and vented rears and OE master cyl. I wonder if I was
able to get the MC from the 5K TQ Avant to work, the brake pedal travel would
have been decreased? I looked into getting the BMW brake booster that was able to
work on our UrQ, anyone remember what BMW application it was? I think I'll
get one just to test fit the 5000 TQ Avant MC into. If it works, I install it
along with the new Avant MC I have sitting on the self now.
