haha, on that windows topic-

PO apparently replaced the window regulators, but they still moved
pretty slowly.  Really slowly.  While goofing around in the center
console, I accidentally disconnected the constant power lighter plug. 
All of a sudden, the windows worked like new.  Or rather, like they
should.  I realized my mistake, and reconnected it, and now they work,
but slower.

Perhaps you could run that lighter on a switch, so it was there when
you need it.  If it's not a problem, try disconnecting it.  If you
don't need it, leave it off.
