[urq] TDC, Cam, and Dist Timing

I used my Bentley and compared several different pictures of the 0 and
the tab/arrow. I believe the straight edge of the tab should bisect
the 0. There is a dot on the back of the cam wheel and it should line
up with the top edge of the head in the area just forward of #1 spark
plug. Not the valve cover top. With a flashlight you should be able
to see this clearly. When those to things are lined up, there is
notch on the distributor housing, on the thin top edge that the dist
cap mates up with. The middle of the rotor should be centered on this
notch. The Bentley shows the rotor having a line in the center, but
mine didn't.

I found that my distributor was a little bit off, may have been
advanced at some point. Not sure that does anything on these cars
though like it did on the old 4kq/CGT (JT?) engines.
