[urq] accelerator pedal woes...

Yup, know this one well ... both my 4kSQ and Audi Fox succumbed to the
same malady.  The Fox didn't have the weight though ...

Its funny to hear that Audi claims that one part is NLA ... there are
two identical bushings.

One of the things you will notice is that on both the throttle cable and
the cast weight the pin that goes through the center of the bushing has
accommodations for a snap ring ... what I want to do is to add a plastic
washer and snap ring to the pins so that they won't pop out when the
bushing deteriorates.  IME this thing fails just when you are counting
on the engine providing power ... and then the throttle drops to idle
... SURPRISE!
