[urq] Leaky oil cap

OK, tried changing the oil, tried changing the filters. Tried
swapping the entire crankcase vent with one from the old engine.
Slightly decreased, but still not happy.
Could it be that both valves (in the vent) are bad?
Any suggestions on that little red plastic piece on the IM nozzle?
Does that make sense to anyone?
#2, when I swapped my head, I used a replacement gasket set which
included a rubber valve cover gasket, like this:

Would a cork one make a better seal?
I don't understand how it's only on one side of the engine, and not
the other....
