[urq] 20V conversion

The consensus seems to be that the 3B engine out of a 91 200 20v is
the easiest conversion to do, and that the 3B has the best internals. 
The AAN out of a later S4 or S6 is similar but has a different IM, and
I've heard that the rods in the 3B are stronger.
