... compression sounds very good, but those spark plugs are very bad!
How long have they been in the engine? Are you having a problem with
pinging? What sort of boost are you running? Do you know if your car
(specifically engine and ECU) is stock or has it been modified?
The oil consumption may well be explained by turbo seals ... when I had
this on my car there was no outward sign of an oil leak when I pulled
the turbo. I think your only option is to have it rebuilt and reinstall
... and hope this fixes the problem. Another possibility is that you've
got liquid oil coming back through the crankcase vent system ... you can
check this by pulling the hose that goes from the valve cover back to
the intake and see if you can see liquid oil pooled there. I don't
think that this could explain a 1qt/300mi usage though!
