[urq] Problems with my 83

Not sure how long the plugs were in the car (they were in when I bought it), but
the ones I put in were black almost immediatelty. I'm not very familiar with the
I5 so I'm not sure if the "knocking" is because of the solid lifter needing an
adjustment or??, but I wouldn't call the sound a pinging.  The boost gage that
is in the car says I'm at about 15psi (seperate gage below the radio). The PO
said that there was some modifications done to the ECU (i.e. a chip of sorts).
One other note, the wiring on the car has been completely molested and many
electric components are not working (wipers have 1 speed, lights are dim at
best and are always on high, seat heaters not functional, etc.).
