[urq] Help me with my Boost pressure testing methodology

So I inspect each individual hose from the igloo to the IC to the turbo to
the throttle body and can't find a tear.  I built a pressure tester with a
schraeder valve that I hook up to the Igloo to IC hose.  I disconnect and
plug the hose to the ECU and the two hoses (one by fender and the other
towards the IM off the igloo.  So why can't I hear any leak(s) and can't
pressurize the system (using a portable tank that I've already filled to 20
psi?

Suggestions?  I'm stumped!
