I was able to do this on my '83 prior to painting which entailed stripping the body completely. It was difficult to remove without breaking, but I have done on two coupes, so may have an extra if you find yours breaks upon removal. You need to carefully depress those tabs - use a small flat instrument - thin flat blades on both sides while gently prying up and it shoud come out intact.

In my experience the rear nozzle is unlikely to be re-useable after removal.
It has lugs that open out when pressed in to the hole and prevent it being
pulled out again. Order a new one first if I were you.
Re: the tail lights. These are sealed in with a mastic-like gunk which does
not set hard but takes slow constant pulling pressure with sore fingertips
to remove (after having removed the nuts inside of course). A heat gun
sounds a good ised. It will soften the sealer.
