[urq] cruise control connections

I have found that the cruise control main control unit is unplugged.  How to reconnect it
is obvious, however there is another smaller plug just adjacent to it with 3 wires, W/BL,
BL/R (I think), and BR.  I can't be postive from the wiring diagram, but this may be a
test connection.  I can't find anything else under the dash that it could possibly connect
to given the length of the wires to it.

Can anyone confirm that this is a test connection or else tell me what it should connect
to?
