[urq] UPG-CT 2005...preliminary feeler

I do have the OK from my wife (and baby) to get away for a car thing.  I see 
no reason at this point why I couldn't make the trip in August (other than 
the fact it's a long drive and will take a _good_ two days each way) - and 
I'd _really_ like to.  And I found out recently that the only thing I had 
planned for August (a 100-mile mountain bike race) is actually July 30 - I 
think. So anyway pencil me in as a "possible" - I'd sure like to do it.

 I've seen some interest in having a 3rd annual gathering for the UPG-ers 
late summer. I've spoken with Felix about doing it on his property once 
again, and he's game. We discussed August as the time to do it, as so far 
his time is freed up then, and I have a week off sometime in August.

 I have seen Brandon and Steve Bucholz mention possibly making the trek to 
the east coast, so I think it would be appropriate to get something going 
for them!!

I originally thought the Carlilse event would stand as the UPG-05, but it 
seems there is still interest in having our annual intimate gathering 
sometime later in the year, same place, same MO. I know there will be 
discussion on this at Carlilse.

Looks like we have 9 urqs so far going there, not a bad showing!

So, is it a go?
