[urq] UPG-CT 2005...preliminary feeler

Due to other responsibilities, I will not be attending the carlisle
event like I hoped.  So I would look forward to the upg-ct (and gary's
cooking) once again.  

.....And, I'll even chip in some gas money for billy bob Bennett to show
up (w/ gobi beige lawn mower in tow)!!
