[urq] Doing the brake shake...not a dance I enjoy!

If memory serves, when I had this problem, it was a REAR upper strut mount
that was disintegrated (winter 03-04)... I also experienced the same
behavior earlier when one of the REAR ball joint was dead (winter 02-03).
Thinking of it, both bad parts were on the driver side rear wheel...
<PAUSE>
Just coming up from the basement: the left rear winter tire that was on the
car at that period is VERY worn, unlike the 3 others. And the wear is
uneven, like a tire out of balance. This might confirm my theory.
So guys, check those rear upper strut mounts, they do wear! And beware, to
check them, you must jack the car but keep a light load on the wheel. That
way, the upper mount rests in its pocket and you can feel the play at the
top. If you jack the wheel off the ground, you would not notice a dead top
strut.
