[urq] Brake Master Cylinder Rebuild Kit

Hi, I have problems opening my old BMC for rebuilding and VERY confused why it's not serviceable, while it should (= correct VIN-P/N*). 

Please take a look at these pictures and tell me what you think:

1] By the looks of it, will this kit fit my BMC to begin with?

2] How the @#$% do I open it? Is my BMC NOT serviceable?

3] The o-ring from the kit matches my BMC ergo it's the 23,8mm version (not the later non-serviceable 25,4mm)?

Question 4] Is there any other way to bench test my old BMC for failures? I'm not pleased with the idea to buy a new complete set... $$$ + $$$ = $$$$.
