[urq] no start - hall sender voltage never changes.

That is what it sounds like. It is supposed to be 4.5, then zero, then 4.5........... Can't remember which is "in window", but you get the point. If that's not what you are seeing, the hall sender is bad.

BTW, I went through the same thing a while ago, turned out to be a bad coil on mine.
