[urq] intermittent ignition cutout

I seem to have "cured" the cutout, at least for now.  Something is
definitely flakey, but it seems to find a happy stasis sooner or
later.

I bought a MSD Blaster coil at Advanced Auto yesterday and will put
that in and go from there.  My coil was just outside of spec in every
measurement.  Thanks Ingo for the recommendation.  I was so surprised
to find one available locally, in stock, over the counter at a
mainstream store, I just slapped the cash on the counter.
