[urq] Higher Speed Stumble

Guys,

I was driving the UrQ into work today, and I had a few stretches of empty
Interstate heading out of Maine early this AM.  I noticed that the car seems
to be retarding timing and/or cutting fuel at just over 4k rpm in 5th gear
only, at speeds just in excess of 100 mph.  In addition, the turbo was only
making about .7 bar boost pressure during stumbling.  Motor pulls great in
all other gears up to redline with a full 1 bar of boost pressure.

This has not happened to me since I've owned the car.

Any thoughts/suggestions?
