[urq] Electrical Gurus - Dash upgrade complete

Hey guys, I completed my dash upgrade this weekend.   Huw's guide was very 
helpful as well as some of the e-mails I received from the list.  I wouldnt 
hesitate to do the swap again armed with the experience, my Mars car doesnt have a 
cracked dash but I may upgrade it anyway.   Took me a day and a half at a 
leasurely 90+ degree pace.

I went to the digital gauge panel with the 2 position diff locks and that 
went fairly smoothly.

I have two things I need help with though.

A)  I need to wire in the newer style window switches.  Before I hack 
anything or blow fuses Im going to plea for advice.

I have a picture of the two switches side-by-side if anyone needs a vusial 
referrence.  I know the newer ones have an internal light and they have 5 wires 
rather than 4.


B)  I also ended up with my dash lights (cluster and gauges) coming on with 
my "always-on" lights (lighted switches), and the dimmer has no function.  I 
think I can track this down, but just being lazy and looking for an easy way 
out.  I could also just live with it I guess but its nice to be able to dim the 
lights at night.
